Baltic Power – Construction Management and Site Teams

A first-of-its-kind offshore project in Poland needs experienced construction people quickly, for defined periods, and able to work within the owner's procedures and systems from day one.

Ventum supplied construction management support and offshore site technicians who joined Baltic Power's project team. They worked to the owner's processes, supported planning and site coordination, and covered offshore technical tasks during the construction phase.

The owner could scale its team to the construction schedule without long recruitment cycles, with people who already know offshore construction and the Polish market.
