Baltic Power – from construction to operation
Baltic Power is Poland's first offshore wind farm, 1.2 GW, built by Orlen and Northland Power. The owner needed experienced people on its own side through construction and commissioning, plus reliable marine coordination close to the site in Łeba and Ustka.

Challenge
Baltic Power is Poland's first offshore wind farm, 1.2 GW, built by Orlen and Northland Power. The owner needed experienced people on its own side through construction and commissioning, plus reliable marine coordination close to the site in Łeba and Ustka.
Solution
From 2024 to 2026 we worked alongside the owner's team. Our client representatives oversaw cable laying, trenching and monopile installation, while our construction and commissioning managers and HV control engineer worked side by side with Baltic Power's own staff. We also provided marine coordination personnel and port agency, carried out LV measurements, NDT on the boat landings and network equipment installation, and supported the team with QA and SAP.
Results
Around 20 separate scopes, up to 50 people on site at peak and no lost-time injuries throughout.
