Challenge
During construction, dozens of vessels and teams move between Polish ports and the offshore site every day. Each movement has to be planned, approved, tracked and handled in port in line with Polish and international regulations.
Solution
Ventum provided marine coordinators and senior marine coordination centre staff working within Baltic Power's marine coordination set-up, as well as port agency services for vessels supporting the construction. Our Polish-speaking team handled the interface between vessels, ports, authorities and the owner's construction team.
Results
Safe, well-coordinated vessel traffic and smooth port calls, supported by a local team that knows the Baltic ports, the authorities and the language.
