Contractors delivering the Bałtyk 2 & 3 projects in the Polish Baltic needed experienced site and works managers who understand both offshore construction and local conditions in Poland.
Solution
Ventum provided offshore site management and works management to contractors working on the Bałtyk 2 & 3 projects, including support to the cable installation consortium and to engineering and construction contractors. Our managers coordinated daily work on site, interfaces with other parties and the safe execution of the work packages.
