Our scope involved exchanging a stator coil and performing precision brazing inside the generator housing. The work required rope access and welding technicians trained for confined-space operations at height.

To safely remove damaged components, we used a custom magnetic extraction tool designed for the generator’s internal geometry, reducing the risk of collateral damage.

The brazing was executed to exacting standards and remains in service, showcasing Ventum’s ability to deliver intricate, high-stakes repairs on next-generation turbine systems.
