Onshore Blade Repair Campaign
Our collaboration with Siemens Gamesa evolved from ad hoc support to a large-scale blade repair campaign across Poland in the summer of 2025.
This time, the scope was extensive: eliminate all severity 3, 4, and 5 damages identified on selected turbines.
Delivering quality work for a demanding client meant precise planning and assembling the right team.

Challenge
Our first teams mobilized in mid-May, starting in northern Poland and progressing through multiple locations. The campaign required us to work across eight sites, each presenting unique blade damage challenges.
Solution
Throughout the project, technicians were supported directly by our blade quality lead to ensure adherence to repair protocols and high workmanship standards. We applied tens of square meters of fiberglass and lifted hundreds of meters of rope to reach blade tips safely and efficiently.
Results
We look forward to continuing to support Siemens Gamesa on future contracts requiring the combination of quality workmanship, experience, and strong project management to meet the highest standards.
