Rope Access Blade Inspections for QAIR in Poland
In 2023, we delivered blade inspection services for QAIR on 26 Vestas wind turbines across Poland.
Challenge
Technicians performed rope access inspections on all blades, identifying cracks, erosion, delamination, and other structural issues. Lightning Protection System (LPS) measurements were conducted to verify continuity and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Solution
All findings were delivered in structured inspection reports to support QAIR’s fleet maintenance strategy.
Results
This project demonstrates our expertise in blade condition assessment and reporting—critical for proactive turbine asset management.
