In 2025, Ventum delivered a blade repair campaign for Energa on Fuhrländer turbines operating in northern Poland.
Challenge
The works focused on LM blade models and were executed primarily from blade repair platforms, supplemented by rope access where required.
Solution
Our certified teams carried out repairs in line with LM Wind Power procedures, addressing structural damage, erosion, and laminate issues. In addition, we installed Polytech ELLE Onshore LEP systems to enhance leading edge durability.
Results
This project highlights our ability to combine certified repair processes with protection system upgrades to extend turbine blade lifespan.
